Our rooms were recently refurbished and large with an excellent lighting, upstairs bedroom plus balcony. The staff was very pleasant, amiable, and responded promptly to requests.

Easy check-in, reasonably spacious and updated rooms with a really nice garden, very comfortable bed, for instance. The pool area is amazing too: D

My stay was really really nice for our family visit. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fine. The location was excellent and stunning, close enough to the lake and town as well as the centre of Taupo, in a downtown area.

The setting was particularly good and lovely, very close to the garden area outside and the lovely garden. It also was upstairs in the loft where we could easily view the lake waking up.

Facilities were great, though Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I truly enjoyed being there, everything was nice.

the hotel was ideal in general, had supper friendly staff that went above-and-beyond customer service. venue's location was wonderful, to resturants etc. stopped by the wholesome kitchen ltd to get some coffee and treats, its right by the venue, recommend.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Taupo, had much fun and met accommodating staff that went above-and-beyond customer service. The location was INCREDIBLE in room-separate Kitchen & Bathroom areas.

Nice pool, parking on site. New-fashioned & neat room, air conditioner, a lounge and a proper heating in there. Stunning location to Waipahihi Botanical Gardens.

Liked how perfect and fabulous the property was and its attentive stuff that went above-and-beyond customer service. The location in the middle of the town was convenient and handy. Also, such main attraction as Taupo Debretts Hot Springs Water Park was 2 km from this hotel...

Clean place & great and kind staff that went above-and-beyond customer service. Marvellous location still close to activities in town center, free parking on site. Next to the Huka Falls and Jet boat ride as well as Bathroom areas.

It was in a good and lovely location near to all main attractions. The apartment was luxury, included a shower, hairdryers and towels: )

I spent New Year's Eve at a resort and enjoyed the fireworks display from our balcony. The view was spectacular and we had blankets provided to keep warm. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The resort was quiet and it was easy to get a good night's sleep.

The resort was too far away from town and we had to pay extra for transportation. The resort did not have any activities or events planned for New Year's Eve, which was quite boring.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near a beautiful lake and walking path. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and stunning lake views. The room was comfortable with great facilities, including a kitchenette and thermal pool. We appreciated the friendly service and delicious breakfast that was provided.

The heater in the room lacked warmth, making our first night slightly chilly.

The hotel had great staff, clean and well-equipped apartments, and a lovely hot spa tub. I enjoyed sitting outside admiring the beautiful rose gardens and using the free laundry facilities. The hotel was also conveniently located next to a walking path along the lake.
